For January 2014, employment-based immigrant visas remain available for EB1, EB2, EB4 and EB5, except for individuals born in China and India. Back log waiting periods for all other categories are reported in the Bulletin. The State Department revised the January 2014 Visa Bulletin to update Diversity Visa priority numbers.
